When Simms Fishing Apparel needed a home that embodied decades of brand identity, they didn't build from scratch — they transformed a 35,000 square foot former big box store into something entirely new.
Axiom's Structural and Mechanical teams partnered with Big-D Construction and JLF Architects to engineer the transformation, including a 15,000 square foot steel-framed office addition. The result is a single building that functions as corporate hub, manufacturing facility, showroom, retail space, and warehouse — the kind of multi-use engineering challenge Axiom thrives on.
