The new Franklin Elementary School is rising from the ground. Here at JM Engineering, we are checking our model and fine-tuning our design for the school’s mechanical and plumbing systems. The Revit Software we utilized to create the design allows us to generate a 3D model of the building. Here we have stripped away the finishing layers of the building and left the structural details as well as the plumbing and the mechanical systems in place. We created a video walk through of our model to provide a visual comparison of what is there now, and what will be there in the near future. The first video is an aerial view of the construction site showing the steel structure being constructed. The second is the animation of our BIM model for the building.
