Job Summary:
AXIOM Engineering Group is seeking an Entry Level Structural Engineer to become a member of the firm. The firm works with industry leading architects and design firms to provide high quality engineering services for public and private clients. We are seeking a motivated individual to join the team.

The successful candidate will be assigned a mentor to support their professional growth and the major activities for the position will include:
- Modeling structural designs utilizing Autodesk Revit
- Conducting field surveys of existing structural systems
- Performing structural load calculations
- Designing wood, steel and concrete framing systems
- Performing gravity and lateral load analyses
- Performing construction administration including Punchlist, RFI and Shop drawing review
- Coordinating with other trades and consultants including electrical, mechanical, etc.
The candidate must have following skills, qualifications, and abilities:
- BS Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
- Some structural coursework completed
- Familiarity with finite element modeling
- Microsoft Office skills
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
